About Pure Whites

Pure Whites makes farm-fresh ghee, honey, oils and mithai, and when they came to us, the brand had done a grand total of ₹1,000 in sales. No store worth the name, no strategy, no data. A blank page. We built the whole thing, a CRO-first Shopify store, ads and organic content, and turned ₹1k a month into ₹90 lakhs in eight months.

The challenge

Starting from zero is its own kind of hard. No campaigns, no customer data, nothing to retarget, no loyalty to lean on. There was no creative worth scrolling for, and the website did not so much convert as politely discourage buying. We were building the plane and the runway at the same time.

What we corrected

First we laid a foundation: campaigns worth running and a real way to collect data, so we could stop guessing. We invested in creative that actually stopped the scroll and made Pure Whites look like the premium brand it is. Then a multi-platform funnel made sure no interested buyer slipped through the cracks between first click and checkout.

Our approach

Creative led, data steered. Meta and Google campaigns did double duty, driving sales while teaching us who actually buys, and every insight sharpened the next round. Then we layered retargeting and retention on top, so first purchases turned into second and third ones, instead of one-and-done.

The results

4x ROAS in the first four months, climbing past 5x three months later. Sessions up 3060%, 550+ new customers a month, click-through rates up 200% on stronger creative, and conversion up 350% through the funnel. A third of revenue now comes from repeat orders, which is how ₹1k becomes ₹90 lakhs and stays there.
