Static ads, product video, UGC and photography built as one system, at the volume performance media actually eats.

What this is

Static ads, product video, UGC, photography and creative strategy, produced in-house at volume. The outcome is a creative system rather than a one-off shoot: a shared visual language, a bank of tested hooks, and enough new assets each month to keep click-through and conversion holding as spend rises.

It runs on the same team as the media, which is the point. Performance media consumes creative faster than any campaign-by-campaign process can supply it, so a brand that briefs creative separately from the account that burns it will always be a month behind.

The most common creative failure is not ugliness. It is that the asset explains rather than persuades.

How it actually runs

One creative language across photography, social and ads

On Sri Sri Tattva the range was wide enough that assets were being made one campaign at a time with no shared grammar, and the feed read as several brands sharing a logo. Rebuilding photography, social and ad creative off a single system meant a person who saw a shoot on Instagram recognised the same visual language in a paid placement later. That recognition is free reach.

Assets mapped to where the buyer actually is

Every asset gets a job: a person meeting the brand for the first time gets a different piece to a person who has already read the label. On Aazol that meant separate creative for first-timers, cart-abandoners and category switchers, because one message cannot do all three and averaging them satisfies nobody.

Formats built for the placement, not cropped into it

Nothing is shot once and cropped everywhere. A native-feeling asset earns a lower cost per impression from the platform itself, before any targeting decision is made, which is why story-led creative is tuned to each platform rather than reformatted for it.

Hooks tested as a set, not one hero ad

The asset that matters most over time is the library. Parasbaagh finished with five-plus winning creatives holding click-through above 3.5%, and that set is what allowed spend to increase without cost per result climbing with it. On 1970 Shop the acquisition funnel was kept deliberately narrow, a handful of hero creatives iterated constantly, rather than a wide catalogue of ads each starving for data.

UGC where the objection is about belief

UGC carries particular weight in snacking, where the honest question is whether a healthier version tastes good, and a stranger on camera answers that more credibly than a brand claim. That was the read on Brawny Bear. On 1970 Shop the doubt was not about quality but about whether the brand was a real thing with real people behind it, so trust-led creative that showed the product, the people and the process beat feature-led ads.

Copy written to a tension

Brawny Bear's copy used PAS and AIDA: name the guilt around snacking, press on it, then present the product as the obvious fix. Those frameworks work in food because the purchase is emotional first and rational second. Lal Sweets used a narrative-led AIDA structure across the D2C funnel so the account had something to say at attention, interest, desire and action, rather than one catalogue ad doing every job at once.

Founder-led and native video where origin is the argument

My Pahadi Dukaan's pipeline was rebuilt around native-style video, carousels and founder-led storytelling. Founder-led content supplies the proof of origin a polished studio ad cannot, and it is cheap enough to produce at the volume a scaling account eats through.

Photography inside the system, not beside it

On Sri Sri Tattva photography was brought inside the same content system rather than briefed on its own. Parasbaagh got clean editorial photoshoots with natural palettes, which gave the product a premium look in the feed, where price is judged before it is read. Pure Whites needed product-forward frames with visible texture and packaging that still reads at thumbnail size.

Questions, answered

What does a content and creative agency produce for a D2C brand?

Static ads, product video, UGC, photography and creative strategy, produced in-house at volume. The deliverable is a creative system rather than a one-off shoot: one visual language, a bank of tested hooks, and enough new assets each month to keep click-through and conversion holding as spend rises.

Is UGC better than studio creative for D2C?

It depends on the objection. UGC answers questions of belief, which is why it carries weight in snacking, where the honest question on Brawny Bear was whether a healthier version tastes good. Studio work does a different job: Parasbaagh's editorial shoots with natural palettes gave the product a premium look in the feed, where price is judged before it is read. Most accounts need both.

How much creative does a performance account need?

More than a campaign-by-campaign process can supply, which is why creative sits on the same in-house team as the media. The useful measure is not volume but a bank of proven hooks: Parasbaagh reached five-plus creatives holding click-through above 3.5%, and that library is what let spend rise without cost per result climbing with it.

Do you shoot the photography yourselves?

Yes. Photography is part of the service and is briefed inside the same content system rather than on its own, which is how it worked on Sri Sri Tattva. Parasbaagh got clean editorial photoshoots with natural palettes, and Pure Whites needed product-forward frames with visible texture and packaging that still reads at thumbnail size.

How do you tell whether a creative is working?

Click-through first, because it is the earliest readable signal, then conversion and cost per result on the traffic it sends. On Pure Whites, stronger creative lifted click-through 200% and conversion improved 350% through the funnel. On Parasbaagh, five-plus creatives holding above 3.5% click-through is what made the account scalable.

Can creative work move the number for a heritage or legacy brand?

It is often the whole job. Sri Sri Tattva already had scale and trust, and what it lacked was content pulling its weight, so the creative engine was rebuilt end to end and became a core driver behind ₹20 crore+ in sales. Lal Sweets had the recall and the distribution, and needed the content and communication stack modernised from product photoshoots through to ad messaging.
