Best marketing agencies for nutrition and supplement brands in India

Eleven agencies with published nutrition, supplement or health work, the criteria they had to meet, and a plain note on who each one fits. Compliance literacy is one of the criteria, and it is the one most lists skip.

By The Shizz · Published 31 Jul 2026

Nutrition is the hardest consumer category to advertise in India. The product needs a health claim to sell and the rules restrict which claims you may make. Meta and Google both run additional review on supplements. Amazon has its own listing constraints. An agency that is brilliant at scaling a jewellery brand will get your ads rejected in week two and will not know why.

So this list is not just “good agencies who happen to have a supplement client”. It is agencies whose own websites show they have worked in health, nutrition or consumer wellness, judged against criteria stated up front. The Shizz is on this list, we work in this category, and that conflict is the reason the method comes first and every claim links to the agency’s own page.

What is not here: review scores we did not verify at source, revenue or headcount figures nobody published, and any comment at all on another agency’s results, pricing, people or ethics.

How this list was built

Six criteria. An agency had to meet all of them.

What would get an agency removed: the category claim can no longer be checked on their own site, a figure we quoted turns out to be something we misread, or the agency asks to be added in exchange for a fee, a link or a referral. Nothing else.

Why this list is not ranked

It is grouped by the problem each agency is built to solve, then alphabetical inside each group. We are on the list, so any ranking we wrote would be self-serving. And ranking a nutraceutical launch agency against an enterprise media agency produces a number that helps nobody.

Group one: health, nutrition and wellness practices

Baclinc

Mumbai. Its D2C FMCG practice page states the agency was founded in 2017 by Shalmali Parkar and Abhishek Yadav, runs a 25-plus team, and ships work for “food, spices, beverages, supplements and snack D2C brands” across Meta and Google, Shopify CRO, category SEO, quick-commerce operations and replenishment-cycle retention. Its named headline client, Bhoj Masale, is a spice brand rather than a supplement brand.

Likely fit: a supplement brand that thinks of itself as a consumable FMCG business, with a replenishment cycle and quick commerce in the mix. Because the published named work is food rather than nutraceutical, ask for a supplement reference specifically.

Branding Pioneers

Gurugram, per the contact details on the site. It publishes a dedicated solution page for marketing supplement and nutraceutical brands, and describes itself as healthcare-only since 2016. The numbers it publishes are 2,000+ healthcare clients, 350+ websites built, 40+ specialties served and 3,500 campaigns run. The nutraceutical page addresses claim compliance, high acquisition costs on Meta and Google, and building clinical credibility.

Likely fit: a supplement brand that wants a partner whose entire practice is health, and which is comfortable being one category inside a mostly clinical roster. Note that the published nutraceutical page frames compliance in FTC and FDA terms; if your live constraint is FSSAI, AYUSH and the ASCI code, confirm the India specifics in the first call.

Brandshark

Bangalore. The site states the firm was started more than nine years ago by IIT and IIM alumni and has helped 500-plus businesses. In this category it publishes work for Superyou, described as high-performance creative production: 30+ performance video assets across a 90-day sprint, with a stated 9.5%+ click-through rate. Its wider roster includes Third Wave Coffee, Eat Fit and Krispy Kreme.

Likely fit: a nutrition brand whose bottleneck is creative volume, ad films or influencer work rather than account management. The published work here is production-led, so if you want someone running the media day to day, ask what that scope looks like.
brandshark.com

HavStrategy

Publishes a dedicated Nutrition & Supplement Brands industry page and a separate Health and Wellness page, alongside service pages for performance marketing, SEO, social, influencer and website development, and an F&B guide covering FSSAI-aware communication and quick commerce as a discovery channel.

Likely fit: a nutrition brand that wants an agency already organised around the category rather than one improvising. What the site establishes is positioning and scope rather than named client case studies in the category, so bring category references and results into the first conversation rather than expecting the website to settle it.

The Shizz

Bangalore and Kolkata. This is us. Six years old, working only with FMCG, F&B, nutrition and consumer goods. The numbers we publish: 160+ brands, ₹150 Cr+ of ad spend managed, ₹450 Cr+ of revenue attributed, 3.8× average ROAS, average client relationship of about a year and a half.

The published work closest to this category: British Biologicals, a clinical nutrition brand, where the engagement was a full digital transformation connecting brand, content, website and paid media into one omnichannel engine. Brawny Bear, a date-based nut butter and snacking brand, moved from 1.6× to over 3.5× ROAS, with average order value up 25% and conversion up 40%. Butterfly Ayurveda was a CRO and web engagement where the site itself was capping demand. Parasbaagh, a functional tea brand rooted in ayurveda, grew sales 300% with 3× ROAS on Meta and five-plus winning creatives holding click-through above 3.5%. Sri Sri Tattva’s content revamp became a contributor to ₹20 crore-plus in sales.

Group two: marketplace, catalogue and quick commerce operators

A large share of Indian supplement revenue is transacted on Amazon and Flipkart, and increasingly on Blinkit and Zepto. If that is where your money is, the skill you need is listing, catalogue and platform ad-console work, not another Meta buyer.

Adyogi

Its about page states Adyogi was founded in August 2015 under Xplanck Marketing Pvt Ltd. It offers both a self-serve platform and a managed service, built around catalogue-driven advertising on Meta, Google and marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit and Zepto. It states it works with 350+ e-commerce brands, has managed $150 Mn+ of ad spend, and is a Meta Business Partner and Google Premier Partner.

Likely fit: nutrition brands with a wide SKU range across flavours, sizes and formats, where catalogue mechanics genuinely move the number. Its published emphasis is D2C fashion, so a four-SKU protein brand is unlikely to need the machinery.

Blusteak Media

Kottayam, Kerala, with the address published on the site. Runs a quick-commerce marketing practice covering Zepto, Blinkit and Swiggy Instamart, plus marketplace management, performance marketing, SEO, Shopify development and UGC video. Its clients page groups the roster by industry and includes Healthcare and Food & Beverages.

Likely fit: a supplement brand pushing into dark stores, where placement, catalogue hygiene and platform ad spend are the growth question.
blusteak.com

Growisto

Offices published in Mumbai and Delhi. Services are e-commerce development on Shopify and Magento, marketplace and quick-commerce consulting, SEO and GEO, and data engineering and business intelligence, with an unusually deep published Amazon practice covering Seller Central and Vendor Central consulting, listing optimisation, A+ content and Amazon SEO. It states it is trusted by 300+ high-growth companies across more than ten countries.

Likely fit: supplement brands where Amazon is the majority channel, or brands that need the store and the data layer rebuilt as much as they need media. Its published industry pages do not include health or nutrition, so ask for category references.

Group three: broad agencies with a published health practice

DigiChefs

Mumbai, in Andheri. The site states 400+ startups and established brands served since 2015, a team of 65, and ₹50 Cr+ of media spend handled a year. Its published industry pages include Healthcare and Pharmaceutical alongside E-commerce, plus SEO, social, paid, web and email automation as services.

Likely fit: a nutrition brand that wants one Mumbai partner across search, social, paid and web, and whose category question is more about regulated communication than about quick commerce. The published health work is healthcare and pharma rather than D2C supplements, so ask for a D2C reference.
digichefs.com

echoVME Digital

Chennai, with a street address on the site. States more than fifteen years in digital, is led by Sorav Jain, and lists Health Care and FMCG among the industries it serves. Services span social, SEO, performance, influencer, Shopify development and video.

Likely fit: South India brands wanting an established local partner across social and performance. The positioning is generalist across many industries, so category depth is something to test in the meeting rather than something the site already proves.

Social Beat

Offices published in Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi NCR and Mumbai. States a 300+ person team, over ₹2,500 Cr of media managed annually, and Premier Google Partner and Meta Business Partner status. Publishes sector solutions including Healthcare and E-Commerce & D2C, plus an influencer arm, a Salesforce practice and multilingual work.

Likely fit: nutrition brands running large multi-city, multi-language campaigns, or those that have crossed into mass-media budgets. Its own enquiry form offers budget bands up to more than ₹1 crore a month, which tells you the shape of client it is built around.

What separates a good nutrition agency from a good agency

Four things, in the order they usually cost brands money.

In nutrition, the constraint is rarely media buying. It is saying something true, persuasive and compliant, over and over, at volume.

Frequently asked questions

Which agency is best for a supplement brand in India?

It depends on where your revenue comes from and what stage you are at. A brand still finding a working creative angle needs a small team with category experience. A brand doing most of its sales on Amazon needs a marketplace operator. A brand moving into mass media needs an agency with scale and multilingual reach. Shortlist against the problem you have now, then check every claim on the agency's own website.

What compliance rules affect supplement advertising in India?

Health supplements and nutraceuticals are regulated by FSSAI, which governs what a product may be labelled and claimed as. Advertising is separately governed by the ASCI code, and ayurvedic products carry AYUSH requirements on top. Meta and Google also apply their own additional review to this category. An agency that cannot discuss these is likely to learn on your ad account.

How much creative does a nutrition brand need each month?

More than most founders expect, because trust-building formats fatigue quickly and the same claim cannot simply be restated louder. The practical answer is enough genuinely different concepts, not variations, to keep testing new angles every month: ingredient provenance, practitioner voices, before-and-after routines, review-led proof and format changes. Ask any agency to commit to a monthly number in writing.

Should a nutrition brand sell on Amazon or on its own website first?

Most Indian nutrition brands end up on both, and the sequencing matters less than the accounting. Amazon buys you discovery and reviews at the cost of margin and customer data. Your own store gives you the customer, the subscription and the repeat cycle. The mistake is running them as two disconnected businesses with no view of blended acquisition cost.

Is The Shizz on this list because you wrote it?

Yes. That is why the method is stated before the names, the list is unranked and alphabetical inside each group, and our own entry includes the brands we are not right for. The alternative was to leave ourselves off and pretend to be neutral, which would have been less honest, not more.
